Lara Green Yoga. Lara offers classes every Saturday in the apple orchard at South Hill Cider from 10:30-11:45am.
Hilary Davis teaches popup classes in the Anusara style Sundays in Hector and and Tuesdays in Tompkins Park in Ithaca.
Mighty Yoga Studio offers lots of options for indoor or outdoor yoga classes, pilates and workshops.
Paddle-n-More offers stand up paddle board classes off of Stewart Park, Taughannock Park and Myers Park
